শর্তাবলী ও নিয়মাবলী (Terms and Conditions)
​আমাদের অনলাইন কুইজ প্ল্যাটফর্মে অংশগ্রহণ করার জন্য আপনাকে স্বাগতম। এই প্ল্যাটফর্মটি একটি একক মালিকানা (Sole Proprietorship) প্রতিষ্ঠান হিসেবে পরিচালিত এবং এর সার্বিক দায়িত্বে রয়েছেন প্রতিষ্ঠানের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক (Managing Director)। আমাদের কুইজে অংশগ্রহণের আগে দয়া করে নিচের শর্তাবলীগুলো মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন:
​১. পুরস্কার প্রদানের সময়সীমা (Delivery Timeline):
কুইজ সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর বিজয়ীদের নাম ঘোষণা করা হবে। ফলাফল ঘোষণার পরবর্তী ১৫-৩০ দিনের মধ্যে পুরষ্কার পাঠিয়ে দেয়া হবে বিজয়ীর ঠিকানায়।
​২. মূল্যফেরত নীতি (Refund Policy):
যদি কোনো যান্ত্রিক ত্রুটি, সার্ভার সমস্যা বা আমাদের অভ্যন্তরীণ কোনো সমস্যার কারণে কুইজটি বাতিল করা হয়, তবে সকল অংশগ্রহণকারীর এন্ট্রি ফি পরবর্তী ৫ থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। তবে কুইজে অংশগ্রহণ করার পর কাঙ্ক্ষিত ফলাফল না পেলে কোনো টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
​৩. অংশগ্রহণ বাতিল ও পণ্যফেরত (Cancellation & Return):
কোনো প্রতিযোগী যদি কুইজ শুরু হওয়ার কমপক্ষে ১ দিন আগে তার অংশগ্রহণ বাতিল করতে চান, তবে তিনি ফি ফেরতের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন। কুইজ শুরু হওয়ার পর অংশগ্রহণ বাতিল করলে কোনো ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। যেহেতু এটি একটি ডিজিটাল সার্ভিস, তাই এখানে কোনো শারীরিক পণ্য ফেরতের (Product Return) সুযোগ নেই।
​৪. বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা ও অভিযোগ (After-Sales Service):
পুরস্কার প্রাপ্তি বা কুইজ চলাকালীন কোনো টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যা হলে গ্রাহক আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজের ইনবক্সে অথবা ওয়েবসাইটের ‘কন্টাক্ট আস’ পেজে যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন। আমাদের টিম ১ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সমস্যার সমাধান দেবে।
​৫. কর্তৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্ত:
কুইজের নিয়মভঙ্গ বা কোনো প্রকার জালিয়াতির আশ্রয় নিলে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিযোগীকে অযোগ্য ঘোষণা করার পূর্ণ অধিকার ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক সংরক্ষণ করেন।

Terms and Conditions
​Welcome to our online quiz platform. This platform is operated as a Sole Proprietorship, under the overall supervision and responsibility of the Managing Director. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating:
​1. Delivery Timeline (Prize Distribution)
​Once the quiz is successfully completed, the names of the winners will be announced. Prizes will be dispatched to the winner’s provided address within 15 to 30 days after the official result announcement.
​2. Refund Policy
​System Failure: If the quiz is cancelled due to technical glitches, server issues, or any internal problems on our part, the entry fee will be fully refunded to all participants within 5 to 7 working days.
​Performance: No refunds will be issued based on a participant’s performance or failure to achieve the desired result in the quiz.
​3. Cancellation & Return
​Cancellation: If a contestant wishes to cancel their participation, they must apply for a refund at least 1 day before the quiz begins. No fees will be refunded once the quiz has started.
​Returns: As this is a digital service, there is no provision for physical Product Returns.
​4. After-Sales Service & Complaints
​For any issues regarding prize delivery or technical difficulties during the quiz, customers can contact us via our Facebook Page Inbox or the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website. Our team will aim to provide a resolution within 1 working day.
​5. Authority’s Decision
​The Managing Director reserves the absolute right to disqualify any participant found violating the rules or engaging in any form of fraud or unfair means.
