Founder – Fatema Tuj Johora
Fatema Tuj Johora is the Founder of International Talent Hunt and a dedicated Medical Student with a mission to empower talented students worldwide. As a future Physiotherapist, she combines academic excellence with leadership, social service, and global achievements.
She is actively involved in the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS), serving as Health Leader and Friendship & Cultural Activities Coordinator, contributing to humanitarian and community development initiatives.
Fatema has earned recognition in multiple international competitions, including International Child Medical Olympiad Champion, and titles in Science, Math, and ICT Olympiads. Her accomplishments also include global Islamic competitions: Islamic Debate Champion in Saudi Arabia, International Quran Translation Quiz Champion, and recognition in the Islamic Knowledge Challenge in Dubai (UAE).
At the national level, she has won multiple Science Club Quiz Championships at Chittagong University. Through International Talent Hunt, Fatema aims to create a global platform fostering intelligence, leadership, and innovation among future generations.

Tanjid Rahman plays a key strategic role in growing International Talent Hunt, supporting its vision, operations, and global expansion. Passionate about youth empowerment and leadership development, he drives planning, coordination, and strategic decision-making to help the platform scale effectively. Tanjid focuses on improving organizational structure, outreach strategies, and sustainable growth initiatives, ensuring talented students worldwide access meaningful opportunities. His collaboration with the founding team strengthens the platform’s credibility as an educational competition.
